Nicole Barr enamel

Nicole Barr jewelry is a rare example of the Art of Enameling. What is enamel? True vitreous enamel as used in each jewelry piece, is the beautiful fusion of fired glass with sterling silver, resulting in a lustrous color that will never change. It is an age old process, dating back over 1,000 years. This technique was made famous in the 1900’s by the master craftsmen who created the beautiful works of Lalique, Fabergé and Tiffany, designs that are still valued and popular today.

Nicole Barr has been operating as Original Design Manufacturers for 30 years in their American owned and managed factory in Thailand. Their process includes both stamping and casting in 925 sterling silver and 18k gold. From the design concept to the end product, their in-house facilities combine technology, experience and skilled craftsmanship.

They take pride in the fact that they do not use any sub contracting so that they are in control of each step of production. Each department has a team of skilled craftsmen and women to insure high standards for each process to bring the initial design concept into a beautiful finished piece. Enamel fused by fire is an object of art to be treasured forever!
